Maryland Releases Climate Action Plan
The Maryland Commission on Climate Change has released a plan aimed at reducing the state's greenhouse gases by 25 percent to 50 percent by 2020. When fully implemented, the commission says, the net economic benefit to Maryland would be about $2 billion. More
