Air Quality Division Small Business Assistance and Compliance Assistance staff will be providing Non-Enforcement site visits to all the dry cleaning establishments in Bernalillo County this summer in order to help ensure that these businesses will meet new compliance requirements established in 2006 and amended in 2008 by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA).

Posted June 18, 2008 The City of Albuquerque Air Quality Division (AQD) is required to submit an annual monitoring network review to the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regional office in Dallas, Texas. The network plan describes the framework of the local air quality surveillance system, presents monitoring results over the past three years, provides comparisons to national standards, and discusses future plans. The annual monitoring network review must be made available for public inspection for at least 30 days prior to submission to EPA.
