The conference is sponsored the Governor’s Energy Office (GEO), the Colorado Public Utilities Commission (PUC), the Department of Local Affairs (DOLA), and the Office of Consumer Counsel (OCC).  The state agencies are partnering with Colorado Counties Incorporated (CCI), the Colorado Municipal League (CML) and Energy Outreach Colorado (EOC).
