The thrust of the film relates the fundamentals Lombardi stressed to make his football players perform at an optimal level to practicing sales. Though the film is geared towards the sales industry, the same fundamentals are also quite applicable to any other professional or personal endeavor. This film would be particularly interesting to those with a strong interest in team sports since it gives some insight into how Lombardi guided and motivated his players to bring out their collective best, resulting in five world titles for the Green Bay Packers. |
