Mission

The Office of Administrative Operations (OAO) provides Departmental policy, oversight, and strategic planning in the areas of personal property management; copy/printing, publications and graphics services; mail management; fleet management, and information management services.  The office also provides technical advice and assistance to Department of Commerce (DOC) operating units in assigned policy and program areas, and provides conference room support services. Operational divisions are:
