DAUAA HOT TOPIC FORUM: DEFENSE SCIENCE BOARD REPORT ON DT&E (PRESENTATION ADDED)

The DAU Alumni Association (DAUAA), in coordination with its Alumni Association industry associates and the DAU Acquisition Community Connection (ACC), hosted a Hot Topic Forum on 20 August 2008. The Hot Topic Forum was entitled "Defense Science Board Report on Developmental Test and Evaluation." This forum discussed the findings of the May 2008 Defense Science Board Report. The presentation (in PowerPoint) has now been posted to ACC. [22 Aug 2008]

2009 DAUAA ANNUAL RESEARCH PAPER COMPETITION

The DAU Alumni Association (DAUAA), in partnership with the DAU Research Department, is proud to announce the 2009 Annual Research Paper Competition. The theme for 2009 is "The Acquisition Workforce Challenge: Winning the War for Talent." Papers are due on 14 November 2008. Winning papers will be given cash prizes will be presented at the DAUAA Acquisition Community Symposium on 14 April 2009, at Fort Belvoir, VA. Winning papers will also be published in the Spring issue of the Defense Acquisition Review Journal. [2 JuL 2008]
