FMCS Skills Building Training is designed to present the basic interpersonal and communication techniques that are needed to successfully build good labor-management relationships.
 
FMCS Skills Building Training provides an overview of the knowledge, skills, and attitudes needed to communicate effectively within and between the labor and management structures by using activities that will provide opportunities to practice and develop these skills.
