Deputy Prosecuting Attorney - Due to budget constraints, we no longer recruit during regular cycles. Rather, we advertise as necessary when we have openings. Openings will be posted on this website. The PAO faces a $3.7 million budget cut in 2009. Prosecutor Dan Satterberg has implemented a hiring freeze for the remainder of 2008. Candidates may still send application materials for the file but with the understanding that we will not be doing any hiring for the remainder of the year. If there are changes in our budget status, notice will be posted here.
