Patch 10 is currently under development.

Current issues:

1. Form Locator 4 is wrapping on the UB92.
   

   This issue was addressed in Patch 9 for those sites that needed their UB92 to be re-aligned. This will be corrected in Patch 10. If an immediate fix is needed, please notify the RPMS helpdesk for assistance.

2. Form Locator 1a is not populating on the HCFA-1500.

   Due to the recent Patient Registration changes in Patch 1, the policy identification number field was modified. Patch 10 will address this but if an immediate fix is needed, please notify the RPMS helpdesk for assistance.
