About Diane Jeanotte

Diane Jeanotte has been the Billings Area Maternal and Child Health Program Officer since June 1992. She has worked as an RN in a variety of settings since September 1971. 25 years of this work experience has been with governmental agencies, three years in the beginning of her career with the Navy Nurse Core and the last 22 years with the Indian Health Service. She began her career with the IHS on the Spirit Lake Reservation in Fort Totten North Dakota in December, 1981.

Her main interests are in all MCH topics with an emphasis in the areas of:

  • Fetal, Infant
  • Child mortality
  • Fetal Alcohol Related Birth Defects
  • Breast and Cervical Health
  • Child Protection
  • Domestic Violence
