The supplemental information provides reviewers with Section 384 which
contains the language that provides the guidance for administering CIAP;
frequently asked questions to assist those who need to quickly understand
basic aspects of the program; the names and contact information of the state
point of contacts for the CIAP and review comments, on the MMS draft State
Plan guidance, which documents the development of the program and reflects
the early interests and concerns of the eligible states.
