Oregon OSHA presents an easy-to-use tool for employers to deliver
Job Safety Training to Hispanic Workers. Available in both English and Spanish, the modules of this tool are designed for two-sided copying, so that the English text and graphics are on the left side (even numbered pages) and the Spanish text and graphics are on the right side (odd numbered pages). Training topics range from "Fall Protection" to "Manual Materials Handling." The module "Cultures, Languages & Safety" shows how to deliver effective training to Spanish speaking workers.
