This booklet reflects recommendations that may help staff provide caring, efficient, and consistent service to WIC Program customers. Recommendations were submitted by WIC staff from all West Virginia WIC Local Agencies.


Civil Rights Training - 2006 [PDF]
The Louisiana Annual Civil Rights Training Module is a self-paced learning tool that trains WIC employees on civil rights policy and procedures. Topics include definitions of basic Civil Rights concepts, key Civil Rights legislation and public notification requirements. The training from 2003 and 2002 is also available.
