This form is from Washington State and is designed to educate clients about WIC rules, shopping for WIC foods and cashing WIC checks. The form helps to improve program integrity and compliance by reinforcing key messages from the WIC Rights and Responsibilities form, Appointment folder, and WIC Foods Brochure.

This video, available in English and Spanish, was developed by New Jersey for use in presenting the basics of WIC to new participants. Topics covered include: how to apply, benefits and services, available WIC foods and where to shop and purchase WIC foods.
