Vacation Payout Requests

With local management review and the Human Resource Division Leader's approval, employees may receive a vacation payout for certain personal hardships (pdf).

With local management review and the Human Resource Division Leader's approval, employees also may qualify for a mandatory work period vacation payout (pdf) if all of the following criteria are met:

  • The employee is at maximum accrual,
  • is placed on mandatory workweek for extraordinary circumstances, and
  • will lose any vacation accrued during the mandatory workweek.

The payout will equal the vacation that the employee accrues during the mandatory workweek.

For additional information, please consult the Vacation Payout FAQs.
