Dr. Francis C. Spampinato, Jr
Chief Acquisition Officer
Dr. Spampinato has been in the acquisition community for almost twenty years with the Central Intelligence Agency and the Department of Defense. He has been the cognizant Senior Contracting Officer on projects ranging from the mundane to the construction of the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) Headquarters building in Chantilly, VA. His alma maters include Siena College (BBA), Central Michigan University (MS) and the University of Southern California (MPA/DPA). He will also complete his law degree at Catholic University in May 2007. He resides in Leesburg VA with his wife Donna, son, and two black labs. In his spare time he is a runner with a handful of marathons under his belt.
