Human Resource Information System is the REE Personnel Data Reporting Tool – Registered users have online access to personnel data through HRIS.
  • Reports currently available include information about position levels, staff lists, Appointment Not-To-Exceed, Within Grade Increase tickler, Target Grade tickler, and retirement eligibility.

  • Access is available to REE Mission area employees whose duties include administrative and personnel related responsibilities.

  • To become a registered user, complete the ARIS registration form, selecting HRIS as the application you want to access. The registration form, REE-236, is available to REE employees under the E-Forms application.

Accessing ARS HRD Applications

Have a suggestion for a new HRIS report? Employees within the ARS Area offices may send their request, by email, to their servicing Area Personnel Assistant. Employees within ERS, CSREES and NASS should submit their requests to the agency's administrative contact.

The HRD has established a user group to continually review the HRIS for updates and changes. The user group will review request for changes to existing reports and requests for new reports.
