This software is distributed in the hope that it will be useful, but without any warranty.   Disclaimer

primary bullet

Expect a tool for automating interactive applications such as telnet, ftp, passwd, fsck, rlogin, tip, etc.

primary bullet

Real-Time Control Systems Library -- Software and Documentation an archive of free C++ and Java code, scripts, tools, makefiles, and documentation developed to aid programmers of software to be used in real-time control systems

primary bullet

MCITT Manufacturer's CORBA Interface Testing Toolkit

primary bullet

STEP Class Libraryis a set of C++ class libraries which are capable of representing information conforming to the EXPRESS (ISO 10303-11) data specification

primary bullet

Sumo2loom developed to translate SUMO into a form that can be used by the LOOM-V4 inference engine

primary bullet

PSL's "20 Questions" - a tool to help map process characteristics into PSL Ontology concepts

primary bullet

Minimal Interface to Vampire (MIV) - provides a graphical user interface to the open source version (version 2) of the Vampire Theorem Prover

primary bullet

Engineering Metrology Toolbox computational tools that solve real problems in dimensional measurement.

primary bullet

Surface Metrology Algorithm Testing System Internet-based surface metrology algorithm testing system for parameter evaluation and algorithm verification in the area of surface texture

primary bullet

Information Mapping Test Tool - helps you to verify the mapping implementation from the internal data representation to an XML representation and vice versa.

primary bullet

Express Injector - The EXPRESS Injector maps EXPRESS schemas (ISO 10303 Part 11 form) to the EXPRESS meta-model, producing XMI 2.1.

primary bullet

Moss Supply Chain Data Mapping - a collection of tools to document the relationships ('mapping') among data used to manage off-shore supply chains

XML Related tools

  • Business Process Monitor - provides monitoring and conformance checking capability for choreographed transactions between business partners
  • Content Checker - provides a collaborative environment for content validation
  • Naming Assister - improves schema readability and consistency, consequently speeding up future schema adoptions and implementations and provides consistent naming conventions for elements and types based on ISO 11179
  • Naming Report - generates a list of terms used to construct the schema's elements, type, and attributes names
  • NIST XML Schema and Validation Web Services - a web service that can be used to remotely validate XML schema files
  • Schematron Editor Tool - java-based GUI tool to easily create, view, and modify Schematron constraint specification files for validating XML instances
  • Quality of Design (QOD) - assists you to consistently use XML schema for the specification of information
  • Quality Measurement Data (QMD) - provides a development tool to an implementer of the XML-based QMD specification for measurement devices.  It will allow end users and tier suppliers to easily perform their own tests on vendor implementation files to verify vendor claims of compliance to QMD prior to software purchase or payment of software maintenance fees.

The following tools are in collaboration with those outside of NIST without any warranty, without even the implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. NIST does not assume legal liability or responsibility for anything done with this software.

primary bullet

STEP Module Repository: A collection of resources tagged in XML to serve as the core of a modular environment for developers of STEP, a family of product data exchange standards.

primary bullet

Express Repository: Contains ISO TC184/SC4 Common Resource schemas--integrated data definitions written in EXPRESS (ISO 10303-11) for enabling product data exchange.

primary bullet

Express Engine: STEP (ISO 10303) development environment which supports the validation of STEP data populations via EXPRESS (ISO 10303-11) schemata and the transformation of STEP data populations from one schema to another via EXPRESS-X (ISO 10303-14) schemata.

primary bullet

Open Source EXPRESS Parser: Developer tools for EXPRESS (ISO 10303-11), an information modeling language. The core of this project is a Java Express parser using the ANTLR parser generator.

primary bullet

Automating Equipment Information Exchange (AEX): Software and test suites for AEX , a set of XML schemas supporting capital facility equipment engineering, procurement, construction, and operations and maintenance work processes.

primary bullet
