(DHR) develops and manages the state personnel system.
The Director
coordinates state personnel rulemaking,
dispute resolution processes, and division
communications.
Total Compensation manages
compensation and job evaluation programs, work-life
programs, leave and group benefit plans.
Workforce
Planning & Development manages selection,
workforce planning, training, performance management,
and human resource auditing.
Business Risk
& Loss
Control manages the risk program, and the
Colorado State Employee Assistance Program.
DHR's strategic

investment in its workforce and minimize risk through
integrated and innovative strategic direction and
policies, expertise and consultation.”
