Labor-Managment Negotiations


 

This dynamic and interactive negotiation workshop focuses on best practices and techniques needed for 21st century contract negotiations, problem-solving, grievance handling, EEO matters and labor-management disputes.

This class will only be offered once this year.

Registration fee: $700.00
Early bird: $650.00 (must register 30 days prior to start date)

This class will be limited to the first 30 registrants.

Develop the negotiation style that's right for you. This interactive workshop focuses on techniques for 21st century contract negotiations. The workshop covers traditional and interest-based negotiations.

The workshop will teach participants how to negotiate collective bargaining agreements.

Participants will receive an FMCS Certificate of Training upon completion of the course.
