Transcript Order Procedure

New Policy on Availibility of Transcripts on Docket (eff. 7/14/2008)

Ordering Transcripts

Please contact the court’s Electronic Court Recorder Operators (ECROs) to place an order for a written transcript.  The ECRO will provide an estimated cost of ordering written transcript(s) and will take confirmation of the order over the phone.

Once the customer confirms the order, it is deemed submitted and the customer will be obligated to pay the cost of the transcript directly to AV Tronics. AV Tronics will then notify you of the exact amount and make payment arrangements. Once completed, the transcript will be emailed to the customer or other arrangements may be made with AV Tronics for receiving the transcript. For information regarding AV Tronics, please call 602-263-0885 for Phoenix and Yuma cases and 520-403-8024 for Tucson cases.

Ordering Digital Audio CDs

The court uses digital recording as the means of taking the official record and parties may purchase a compact disk of a bankruptcy proceeding directly from the court.

The cost per disk is $26. Checks or Money Orders should be made payable to Clerk, U.S. Bankruptcy Court.

All requests should be made through the ECROs. In order to access the audio on the disk obtained from the court, you will need to download the FREE FTR Gold player software.
