Our Mission

Welcome to the Leader Development and Education Directorate (LDD) of the U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC). Our primary mission is to provide TRADOC Staff management for the Army's personnel development and the institutional leader development and education programs (officer/warrant officer, NCO, and Army civilian). We synchronize proposed personnel and leader development policies and initiatives, and leader development resourcing priorities with Command guidance, and coordinates issues with HQDA, Army Commands, and other Services to developing agile-minded, self-aware, and innovative leaders capable of contributing to Army needs today, and into the future.
