Manpower and Force Analysis Directorate
Mission Statement
The overall mission of Manpower and Force Analysis Directorate (MFAD) is to provide the TRADOC Commanding General with overall management of the command manpower (military and civilian) program. This function extends from monitoring current year execution to manpower impact of budget and program years. Proper performance requires full coordination with Budget Directorate and all functional managers. To the maximum extent possible, Manpower and Force Analysis Directorate manages on a workload basis, matching changes in workload to changes in manpower resources.
Organization
Manpower and Force Analysis Directorate consists of three divisions under the director. These three divisions include: Force Development Division (FDD), Force Structure Division (FSD), and Force Requirements Division (FRD). The Directorate also maintains a small Force Integration Office (FIO), at the Directorate level, to provide automation and systems support to the three divisions.

Force Requirements Division
Director, MFAD
The Director, MFAD directs, manages, and integrates all aspects of TRADOC manpower and force management program; serves as major command (MACOM) career program manager for civilian Career Program (CP) 26, Manpower and Force Management (AR 690-950); and leverages automation in conducting the directorate mission through a Force Integration Office.
