DISN CUSTOMER SUPPORT BRANCH
The DISN Customer Support Branch's mission is to infuse a Customer centric approach into the daily operations of the DISN and to provide "Surety, Reach & Speed" to the DoD and Non-DoD community.
This is accomplished via the branch's three areas of focus:
CUSTOMER ADVOCACY
- Single point of contact for DISN customers
- Escalation to satisfy customer requirements
- Tracking of requirements from conception through activation
- Notification to customers on DISN related matters impacting service
- Training
METRICS
Provide DISN-wide standard metrics to assess performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS/ANALYSIS
Facilitate the identification and capture of new user requirements, revise existing requirements, lead efforts to improve the Service Provisioning Process and develop Service Level Agreements.
