Fees may be paid using Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover credit cards or by check or money order made payable to the U.S. Coast Guard.

Application fees are non-refundable 46 CFR 67.500e You will be charged all applicable user fees for each request we receive. Please be sure you do not fax, mail or email your request more than once. Any refund determinations will be made when the work is processed and not before.
