The Chief Accountant has extended the waiver for compliance with Contract Commencement Date and Increment Name in the EQR. The waiver may be found here. The waiver will be in effect until an order is issued in the Contract Commencement Date proceeding (RM01-8-010). EQR filings for Q2 2008 are due July 31, 2008.
