NOTE: If you are having problems
downloading the required installation files using Option 2 due to
the large size of the file use Option 1 which is divided into 5 smaller
files.

General Installation Instructions
Install Data Engine Components
- Download the required data engine components for your operating system. Full instructions are on the Download page for Windows 2000 and XP. Windows VISTA, 95, 98 and ME are not supported.

Installing AnSWR from one installation file
- Download the AnSWR full installation file
- Close any open applications
- Run the AnSWR installation file file.
After AnSWR has been installed, you may need to reboot your computer

Installing AnSWR from 5 files
- Download each of the five files into a temporary directory such as
C:\AN_Temp
- From a DOS window, move to the temporary directory
- From a
DOS window, run
file1v3.exe
- Repeat
the process to expand the remaining 6 files
- Close any open applications
- Run SETUP.EXE
- The setup wizards will guide you through the installation process
After AnSWR has been installed, you may need to reboot your computer

Running AnSWR
- Locate
the ‘AnSWR – Analaysis
Software for Word Based Records’ group under Start – Programs
- Click the AnSWR icon
Refer to the file Readme.txt located in
the C:\Program Files\AnSWRVB directory, for initial login IDs and Passwords
The system will prompt for you to create your personal logon ID and Password
with first use.

Uninstalling
AnSWR Note:
The uninstall process does not remove any personal files or
folders from the ‘C:\Program Files\AnSWRVB’ directory
- Locate
the ‘AnSWR – Analaysis
Software for Word Based Records’ group under Start – Programs
- Click the Uninstall AnSWR icon
- From the
Window’s
Control Panel select Add/Remove Programs
- Locate
AnSWR on the list of installed programs then click the ‘Add/Remove’ button
The Uninstall wizard will guide you through
the unistall process
