The OCD office is located in the Clinical Research Center, room 6-5340.

Clinical Director - Donald L. Rosenstein, M.D.
  Dr. Rosenstein oversees all functions of the OCD including policy and program planning. He is the Director of the Psychiatric Consultation-Liaison Service. In addition, he is a member of the Committee for Scientific Review of Protocols and serves as a member of the Clinical Center Medical Executive Committee.

Deputy Clinical Director - Maryland Pao, M.D.
  Dr. Pao is the Deputy Chair of the Combined Neuroscience Institutional Review Board (CNS IRB). She is the Director of Clinical Fellowship Training Program and the PGY-4 Psychiatric Residency Program. She participates in OCD policy and program planning. She is an attending on the Psychiatric Consultation-Liaison Service (specializing in children and adolescents).

Director, Outpatient Clinic - Peter J. Schmidt, M.D.
 Dr. Schmidt's responsibilities include management of the Mental Health Outpatient Clinic and coordination with the outpatient nurse manager for all outpatient protocols. He is also the Chief of the Behavioral Endocrinology Section (BES).

 Ms. Drake is the Office Manager for the OCD and the Behavioral Endocrinology Section. Her responsibilities include personnel, travel, procurement, budget, and other administrative functions.

 Ms. Bowles provides administrative and technical support to the OCD, BES, and Psychiatry Consultation-Liaison Service.

Associate Clinical Director - Jean H. Murphy, R.N., M.S.N.
  Ms. Murphy's responsibilities include quality assurance activities, liaison with the Clinical Center staff, orientation and training activities for NIMH medical staff, protocol pre-review, occurrence monitoring, and OCD policy and program planning. She is the supervisor of the nurses, social workers and marketing staff of the Human Subjects Protection Unit and the Marketing and Community Relations Unit.

 Ms. Snyder is a member of the NIMH Consultation-Liaison staff and participates on the protocol pre-review committee. In addition, she assists the Deputy Clinical Director with residency training and fellowship activities.

Associate Clinical Director for Protocol Administration - Jeanne Radcliffe, R.N., M.P.H.
 Ms. Radcliffe is the NIMH protocol administrator for the CNS IRB. She coordinates and serves as a member of the protocol pre-review committee. She also is involved in setting policy guidelines related to clinical care activities within protocols. She is an educational resource for investigators as they write protocols. She reviews clinical and research records for protocol compliance.

 Ms. Howard is the NIMH protocol coordinator for the CNS IRB and the NIMH credentialing coordinator. She maintains the IRB meeting schedule and all active NIMH protocols and records.
