FAIR Act Inventory

The Department's Inventory of Commercial Activities (FAIR Act Inventory) is issued as part of the Federal Government's competition and privatization efforts. The FAIR Act directs Federal agencies to issue each year an inventory of all commercial activities performed by Federal employees, e.g., those activities that are not inherently governmental.

Responsibility for the Department's Inventory of Commercial Activities (FAIR Act Inventory) has been transferred to the Competitive Sourcing Program Office (CSPO).
