LaTourette (R-OH) and Wexler (D-FL) gave remarks in support of H.J. Res. 70.
The title of H.J. Res. 70 was amended to reflect the language in S.J. Res.
18 (the companion measure in the Senate.) The House proceeded with forty minutes
of debate on
H.J. Res. 70.
