Berkeley Lab Operations' mission is to provide effective and efficient operational support to the scientific mission of the Laboratory. To guide us in our work, we rely on:
- A Set of Guiding Principles and Values which includes our commitment to diversity as described in the Ops Diversity Plan
- The use of best management practices as outlined in the 2002 DOE Best Practices Pilot
- The Operations Strategic Plan which establishes a road map for getting to our destination
