Public Hearings


At 6:30 p.m. on Thurs., Dec. 11, 2014, the Fairfax Water Board of Directors will hold public hearings on the proposed revisions to its Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges and the proposed 2015 Annual Budget. The public hearings will be held at Fairfax Water’s main office at 8570 Executive Park Avenue in Fairfax. Fairfax Water's Fall 2014 Straight from the Tap is now available


The fall issue of Straight from the Tap includes information about Fairfax Water’s rates, fees, and charge; the tenant lien law; Fairfax Water’s summer events, and hard versus soft water. The fall issue will be distributed with quarterly bills from September through November.

To clarify, these companies are not associated with Fairfax Water. They are private companies offering insurance associated with the water and sewer lines on your property. Fairfax Water does not offer this insurance and does not have a position on the need for this coverage.
