Public Hearings
At 6:30 p.m. on Thurs., Dec. 11, 2014, the Fairfax Water Board of Directors will hold public hearings on the proposed revisions
to its Schedule of Rates, Fees and Charges and the proposed 2015 Annual Budget. The public hearings will be held at Fairfax Water’s
main office at 8570 Executive Park Avenue in Fairfax. To speak at the hearings or obtain a hard copy of the proposed Schedule

Fairfax Water's Fall 2014 Straight from the Tap is now available
The fall issue of
Straight from the Tap includes information about Fairfax Water’s
rates, fees, and charge; the tenant lien law; Fairfax Water’s summer events, and hard versus soft water. The fall issue will be distributed with quarterly bills from
September through November.

with the water and sewer lines on your property. Fairfax Water does not offer this insurance
and does not have a position on the need for this coverage. For more

Facts About Lead Levels and Fairfax Water's
System
Fairfax Water’s distribution system does not contain
lead pipe. Fairfax Water has made an extensive effort to identify
and replace any lead service connections in the older areas of its
system.
