Deed of ownership, lease agreement or legal business documents are required for new service and must be presented to the Utility Billing office with the application submission.

Service connections are made Monday through Friday between 8:00am and 4:00pm. For same day connections, the application must be submitted before 12:00pm (noon).

Account Holder and Co-Account Holder are both financially responsible for this account and both may make account changes (password required).
Authorized user(s): Authorized users have inquiry access only.
Terms of Service

Each account requires a deposit, which will appear on the first bill ($75 to $1000 depending on meter size). Waiver may be granted for applicants with a recent Southlake residential account in good standing or by submitting a recent utility provider's letter of credit. Accounts are billed and due monthly. Non-payment may result in service interruption and penalties. Outstanding debt owed to the City may result in connection delay.
