Public Hearings

Pursuant to Southlake City Charter, all city ordinances shall be considered at two separate Council meetings. A public hearing shall be conducted at the second reading of the ordinance. A notice setting out the time and place for the public hearing(s) will be posted on the website. 

Meeting Date:
On November 18, 2014 immediately following the work session, but no earlier than 7:00 p.m. the City Council will conduct a public hearing in the Council Chambers, located at 1400 Main Street, Southlake, Texas on the following ordinance(s):
 
Ordinance No. 1105 An Ordinance vacating and abandoning a permanent utility easement recorded in volume 11077, page 262 of the deed of records of Tarrant County, Instument No. D193104787.
Ordinance No. 1106  An Ordinance vacating and abandoning a permanent utility easement recorded in volume 11077, page 272 of the deed of records of Tarrant County, Instument No. D193104789. 
Ordinance No. 480-491B  An Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance granting a zoning change on a certain tract(s) of land being described as Lots 1-7, Block 1, Morrison Office Park, Approximately 6.19 acres. 
Ordinance No. 480-681  An Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance granting a zoning change on a certain tract(s) of land being described as Tracts 8A5 and 8A8B, Thomas M. Hood survey, Abstract No. 706, Approximately 1.0 acres. 
Ordinance No. 480-682  An Ordinance amending the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance granting a zoning change on a certain tract(s) of land being described as Tract 4G, Absolom H. Chivers Survey, Abstract No. 299, Approximately 0.89 acres, located at 1200 North Carroll Avenue.
