Traffic Signal at Watermere and FM1709
Project Information
This project will install a traffic signal at the intersection of Watermere Drive/Jellico West and Southlake Blvd. (FM 1709) to better manage traffic flow through the intersection and facilitate access to Southlake Blvd. (FM 1709). This is a joint project with TxDOT and Tarrant County. TxDOT will be constructing the traffic signal. This project is funded by the City of Southlake and the Tarrant County Commissioners Court through the 2006 Tarrant County Bond Program. This traffic signal project will also include an illuminated street name sign for improved visibility, and a battery back up to keep the signal operational in the event of an outage.
