About Utility Billing

Utility Billing falls under the operational direction of the Finance Department. The staff in this division is responsible for processing customer customer applications for service for service, changes in service or account information or account information, payment processing and delinquent account collections.  Utility Billing also processes monthly bills for:

• Water Service
• Sewer Service
• Garbage and Recycling
• Storm Water Service

We are also happy to assist you with ordering connection of New Construction Meters and Fire Hydrant (Bulk) Water Meters.

Directions to the Utility Billing division, located at 1400 Main Street, Suite 200:

1. From North Carroll Avenue, turn onto Main Street at the Container Store
2. Drive until you come to the first stop sign on the corner of Main and State Street
3. We are located on the lobby level in the Town Hall Building, positioned on the North Side of Main Street (between Grand Avenue and State Street).
