About Utility Billing

Utility Billing falls under the operational direction of the Finance Department. Directions to the Utility Billing division, located at 1400 Main Street, Suite 200:
  1. From North Carroll Avenue, turn onto Main Street at the Container Store
  2. Drive until you come to the first stop sign on the corner of Main and State Street
  3. We are located on the lobby level in the Town Hall Building, positioned on the North Side of Main Street (between Grand Avenue and State Street).
