Service & Billing Questions
Republic Services is the city's contractor for commercial recycling, trash collection, and construction debris collection for businesses in Southlake. Each Southlake business has a separate contract with Republic Services; billing for commercial services is not handled through the city.  To set up new service or if you have questions about commercial trash collection, contact Republic Services at (817) 317-2424.

Enclosure Guidelines
If you are the developer of a new retail, office or other project in the City of Southlake, view the Commercial Container Enclosures and Approach document, which provides design guidelines for commercial garbage and recycling enclosures. Failure to meet the recommended enclosure width, height or access way may result in difficulty and / or lack of accessibility by commercial garbage trucks. It is the responsibility of the developer to ensure that garbage collection will be possible at the site's dumpsters.
