USO Hosting Caregivers Conference In Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — The USO is hosting a caregivers conference in Fayetteville to help the people who help ill and injured troops regain their health.
About 80 caregivers plan to attend the conference Thursday at the Embassy Suites.
The presentations include subjects such as laughter as medicine, helping caregivers fight compassion fatigue, and tips on eating better and getting active.
The conference is the seventh USO caregivers’ conference and the second in North Carolina.
