Oil & Gas Regulation and Cleanup (OGRC) Fund

This fund allows the Railroad Commission to plug abandoned oil and gas wells and clean-up abandoned oilfield sites

The Oil and Gas Regulation and Cleanup Fund is a fund that was created by the 82^nd Texas Legislature in 2011. This fund replaced the previous Oil Field Cleanup Fund. This fund allows the Railroad Commission to plug abandoned oil and gas wells and clean-up abandoned oilfield sites.
