Luke Lybrand
Associate Vice Chancellor of Treasury
Luke Lybrand is responsible for all aspects of treasury including banking, management of cash and investments, long-term debt planning and forecasting for the University of North Texas System. He joined UNT System in 2015 as Treasury Manager overseeing the System’s debt portfolio and then served two years as Senior Director for Treasury. Prior to joining UNT System, he worked at Moody’s Investors Service and a commercial bank. Luke holds a bachelor’s degree from Texas A&M University and master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of North Texas.
