The Human Resources Department of Organizational Development & Engagement (ODE) serves faculty, staff, and administrators across UNT World. ODE promotes individual and team professional growth and development at all levels. We achieve this through training, department consulting and providing leadership programs. Our goal is to cultivate an organizational culture of learning that promotes employee engagement.

Virtual Professional Development Opportunities
UNT World Learning
Professional Development is encouraged while working remotely during the COVID-19 Pandemic. ODE will be hosting virtual professional development sessions on UNT World Learning as well as Linkedin Learning. These are available to all UNT World employees and can be found in the Learning Library. Pre-recorded webinars are also available on UNT World Learning. We will add new content each week, so check back regularly!
