Plans include email support for usage questions. Professional plans get responses in less than 24 hours while Standard plans get responses in 2-3 days.
Professional plans come with form design guidance, and if you pay yearly, also include data migration and a training session.
Projects let you control who can manage forms and data collectors, as well as who can view and download data.
Each project can have unlimited forms and data collectors and those forms and data collectors only exist in that project.
Your account will keep working, but if you regularly go over your plan's limits, we will email you to discuss upgrade options.
We do not yet offer pausing. If you stop payment, we'll give you a few days to download your data, then delete your account.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade any time for any reason.
