There is a voluntary recall of trazodone 100 mg tablets made by Avkare. There have been reports of a tablet of sildenafil 100 mg mixed in the supply of these trazodone tablets sent to retail pharmacies. The incorrect sildenafil tablets are white, oval shaped and have an imprint number 5343. If your prescription contains the wrong tablet or if you have any concerns, please contact the community pharmacy where you picked up your prescription.
