Cultural Orientation providers have an important role to play in keeping refugees healthy and stopping the spread of COVID-19. For a snapshot of key messages and resources provided to refugees at each step of the resettlement process, view this COVID-19 Health Resource Infographic.
Below is a compiled list of resources and links to assist in disseminating simple and accurate information on COVID-19. CORE also developed a Resettling to the United States During the COVID-19 Pandemic lesson plan and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) which CO providers can use to keep refugees informed with credible, accurate information about COVID-19 and its impact on their resettlement.

Refugees arriving in the U.S. will receive resettlement services through local Resettlement Agencies (RAs) which are committed to providing the greatest quality of service possible. The impact of COVID-19 on resettlement varies across the U.S. and will change over time depending on local and state requirements To document the changes, CORE has added this Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page to answer questions about new pre-departure procedures and what refugees can expect upon arrival.
