NMDOH COVID-19 Provider Portal
New Mexico Department of Health (NMDOH) appreciates the many hospitals and health care facilities that have increased access to testing statewide. These excellent partners continue to add locations and services for screening and testing.
NMDOH has developed a COVID-19 Provider Portal that allows providers to list their screening locations and report daily screenings. To request access or to login to the portal please use the options below.

Who should request access?
This portal is intended for providers that are 1.) actively screening and swabbing individuals for COVID-19 and 2.) reporting their daily PPE usage. If you meet both criteria please request access to the portal.
Please note that patient information and COVID-19 test results are not accessible through the provider portal.
