In compliance with the New Mexico Forfeiture Act reporting requirements, the NMDPS has posted New Mexico Law Enforcement Agencies’ 2015 seizure and forfeiture statistics. The NMDPS is only the repository for this information. Requests for additional information regarding specific seizures should be directed to the seizing agency. If a specific agency is not listed on the report, that agency has not submitted seizure and forfeiture statistics to the NMDPS.
