The governments of the United States of America (through the Department of State) and India (through the Department of Science & Technology) have established the United States–India Science & Technology Endowment Fund (USISTEF) for the promotion of joint activities that would lead to innovation and entrepreneurship through the application of science and technology.



The vision and mission of SPARK is to create a virtual-seamless network of IUSSTF stakeholders across India and the United States. This unique platform will enable Members to establish new connections, explore new opportunities, have creative discussions about topical issues, and build a committed transatlantic grid of scientists, engineers and entrepreneurs. At the same time, it will allow IUSSTF to re-establish and re-affirm our ties with our valued stakeholders/patrons
