Suggestions for Audits and Pending Projects
As part of our efforts to be the premier oversight organization, we welcome suggestions for audits as well as any input relating to our notification memo topics. Audits provide accountability and transparency for government programs. They provide objective analysis and information for agency decision makers.
We conduct independent audits, evaluations and investigations; make evidence-based recommendations to promote economy, efficiency and effectiveness; and prevent and detect fraud, waste, abuse, mismanagement and misconduct for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Chemical Safety and Hazard Investigation Board. Your suggestions will be considered as the Office of Inspector General considers new projects.
