The CCP Online Data Collection and Evaluation System and CCP Mobile Data Collection App are data collection tools for Crisis Counseling Assistance and Training Program (CCP) encounter data. These tools also allow users who enter data to generate reports in a variety of formats. The mobile application for CCP data collection is designed to enhance and streamline the process of data entry and reduce the lag time between data collection and its availability to CCP staff and federal partners. Training on how to use the mobile app is presented in three parts: Section 1 provides an overview of the CCP Mobile Data Collection App and explains how the app enhances data quality. This training is about 20 minutes. Section 2 discusses how and when to complete the Individual/Family Encounter Log using the mobile app. This training is about 20 minutes. Section 3 discusses how and when to complete the Group Encounter Log and Weekly Tally Sheet using the mobile app. This training is about 25 minutes.
