The goal of the Risk Management Agency (RMA) Office of Civil Rights (OCR) is to make Civil Rights an integral part of all RMA activities. OCR is committed to ensuring equal employment opportunity and equal access in all aspects of RMA programs and services without regard to race, color, national origin, religion, sex, age, marital and parental status, genetic information, political affiliation and disability (not all bases apply to all programs).

Our primary focus is to formulate, administer, and evaluate programs and activities under Title VII (prohibits employment discrimination) and Title VI (programs receiving federal financial assistance from RMA) of the Civil Rights Act.

"And Justice for All" Poster

The "And Justice For All" Civil Rights poster (AD 475A; Dec 2015) is to be prominently displayed in all offices where there is an RMA presence. The poster should be placed where it may be viewed by employees and customers.

Recipients of Federally-assisted programs such as Approved Insurance Providers and their agents, and Partnership Agreement Holders such as State land-grant university partners are required to display this poster in their facilities where it can be viewed by customers.
